Cyclone Shells
The company manufactures all sorts of industrial cyclone shells according to according to the clients’ specifications. Cyclones are devices that separate solids in powder or granular form from air and gases. Our range of cyclones separators is highly reliable and consistent producing least noise while in operation. The range is available in both heavy and light duty types. We design light duty cyclones which are used for collection of non-abrasive, granular or fibrous dusts and shaving. On the other, hand the heavy duty cyclone separators are designed for collecting chips and other materials in pieces. We offer following types of cyclone filtration systems:
Single Shell Cyclone Fan:
Cyclone single shell or a cyclone separator is an apparatus for the separation of fine particles suspended in air or gas. Single-cyclone separators use centrifugal means for separation of dust particles. A cyclone separator create a dual vortex to separate coarse from fine dust. The main vortex rotates downwards and carries most of the coarser dust particles. While, the inner vortex created near the bottom of the cyclone, spirals upwards and carries finer dust particles.
Double Shell Cyclone Fan:
Also known as Multiclones, these separators are more efficient than single cyclones because they are longer but smaller in diameter. The longer length provides longer residence time, while the smaller diameter creates greater centrifugal force. These two factors result in better separation of dust particulates. The pressure drop of multiclone collectors is higher than that of single-cyclone separators. Multiclones consist of a number of small-diameter cyclones, operating in parallel and having a common gas inlet and outlet. Multiclones operate on the same principle as cyclones - creating a main downward vortex and an ascending inner vortex.
Cyclone Rotating Shell:
Cyclone rotating shell is a simple blending apparatus. It has V-shaped blenders which are basically used for dry mixing. The cyclone rotating shell is completely enclosed to prevent entry of any foreign particles inside the chamber. These shells are best for simple blending without the contamination of dust particles or other foreign particles.
